Mabala Flavia serves as Secretary at TDD Foundation Uganda. With a Bachelorโs degree in Social Work and Administration, she brings valuable expertise to the Foundationโs mission of addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of underserved groups, including widows, youth, and landslide victims in areas such as Bududa.
Her professional background includes working as a social worker at the Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC), where she provided counselling and guidance to individuals and families affected by infectious diseases. She later managed records at an Infectious Disease Center, strengthening her skills in documentation, coordination, and compassionate service delivery. These experiences enable her to support the smooth operations of TDD Foundation Uganda while contributing to its programs in health education, psychosocial well-being, and community empowerment.
Flaviaโs hobbies include singing, making new friends, and reading documentaries. These passions reflect her warm personality and commitment to building meaningful connections, which further fuel her dedication to serving vulnerable communities with both professional excellence and heartfelt compassion.
Her roles include;
Drawing and publishing the agendas for meeting both AGM and Executive Board meetings.
She shall handle files and incoming and out- going correspondence.
She shall make and keep all members files like membership registers and members personal data
